WAIVER SERVICES – DDA
Global Hands Inc. personal care and daily living services through the Maryland Medicaid Waiver Programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services enable these individuals to stay in their own home or living unit, rather than a nursing facility.
What do the waiver programs offer and who do they serve?
The programs provide assistance with activities of daily living to Medicaid recipients who have a chronic illness, medical condition or disability. Services are provided in the eligible individual’s home or community residence (waiver participants may receive services in an assisted living facility). We provide care for individuals in Maryland.
